Join Clarice in her Charlotte home for a lunch augmented by fermented foods after we make our own Kombucha, Kefir, and Kimchi. Leave with a full, happy belly as well as a kombucha scoby, kefir grains, and a jar of kimchi.
Special Instructions
Maximum two people. Weekends only. Must schedule one month in advance. Approximately 3 hours. Participants must be able to ascend a steep flight of stairs.
