Each week of the summer season, June 6 through September 23, you will receive a box of vegetables and fruit. Each box is full of local food from small Ohio farms and will be delivered to Lucky's Market on Thursdays after 10 a.m.

The Yellowbird Foodshed is a community marketplace that partners with sustainable family farms in an effort to provide the community with fresh, quality food that is grown locally.  In response to how difficult it has become for the small-scale farming operation to compete in today’s market and how difficult it has become for the community to find access to local food, they have created a way for the community to connect with the food locally-produced food in a real way.

The good food you find at the Yellowbird Foodshed is rich with flavor and nutrients because it is grown with intention and close to your home.  When you become a member of the Yellowbird Foodshed, you are joining a community and casting a vote that supports local farmers and cares about creating a sustainable local food system for the metropolitan area of Columbus, Ohio.
