First off, you should know Modern Market was not created by "restaurant guys". I was an engineer and Rob worked on Wall Street. We ate out all the time (literally) and hated how difficult that made eating well. Every meal was a scavenger hunt for the least bad option. We wanted to eat food that made us happy & healthy without having to think too hard about it.

That is why we built Modern Market. We believe healthy, tasty and affordable food should be available everywhere. Right now, it is not. We are working hard to change that.
