Core Bodyworks and Lisa Browning have been providing health care, fitness training and therapy for over 25 years. All of the instructors at the Acworth, GA studio are committed to their studies as well as to your health, wellness and goals.
We believe in incorporating fun, relaxation, and education into our yoga classes. Your experience should be enriching on spiritual and physical levels, and you can even meet some new yoga friends!
We are a small, neighborhood studio, where we not only hope to know you well, but keep our prices as competitive and workable as possible. We have weekly classes in Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, private sessions and personal training in all disciplines as well as personal fitness training and therapy sessions. We sponsor workshops with local and nationally acclaimed instructors, and rent the studio for adjunct workshops.
