Zheng Laoshi is a native Chinese speaker from Beijing, China.  She graduated from Beijing University with a BS in Library Science.  Zheng Laoshi came to San Francisco 10 years ago, and have taught in several Chinese schools and tutored many kids with wide range in age.  She has taught young kindergarteners, tutored high school kids for their AP classes, and many in between.    She is loving and positive.  She believes it is important to spark kids' interest in Chinese language and culture in order to keep them wanting to learn more. For many kids, learning Chinese is boring.  Zheng Laoshi uses body movements, singing, story telling, introducing Chinese culture and history to keep kids interested during classes.  She also change her teaching styles to fit each individual. Many parents have commented their kids hate Chinese until they found her.
