Perhaps you've forgotten the details: Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian of all time--22 medals in 3 Olympiads. Phelps also holds the all-time records for Olympic gold (18, double the second highest record holders). He was at RE a few years back taping a commercial for Omega (hence the autograph).
