Lines are already forming out the door for Spring Chicken, which recently opened on South Dixie Highway in the former home of Miami's Best Pizza. At this august address they are serving up chicken, biscuits and sides inspired by 50 Eggs CEO John Kunkel's grandmother's original recipes. The concept is "a modern take on Southern favorites," and customers are eating it up!
