One hour private violin lesson with violinist/teacher Madeleine Jansen. Madeleine is an experienced, Suzuki-trained violin teacher who is currently on faculty at the Luzerne Music Center and serves as Director of Strings at the Dwight Englewood School Lower School. Additionally, Madeleine serves as teaching assistant to pedagogue Elizabeth Faidley (faculty, Manhattan School of Music). Madeleine has a full class of more than 20 private violin students in NYC. Her students have served as leaders/concertmasters in various NYC youth orchestras, won numerous competitions, soloed at Carnegie Hall and Kaufman Music Center, and soloed with orchestras.
