Students learn technique, theory, and how to play their favorite songs in a fun environment. For teens and kids ages 8-17 in all guitar styles. Lessons offered seven days a week, in our five locations or your Manhattan home. Help your child gain a lifelong love and understanding of music and give her or him the opportunity to experience the success that comes with committed practice.

Guitar Classes for Kids and Teens at NYC Guitar School are comprehensive and motivational group music classes for students ages 8-17. Students learn technique, theory and how to play their favorite songs starting on their first class, and every class. We offer group classes starting at Level 1 for Absolute Beginners and progressing to Level 6 for our most advanced rockers, plus rock bands. Each course in the program culminates with a spectacular showcase. Our next showcase is on Saturday, May 7th from 5pm to 8pm. Our Summer semester starts May 14th and ends on August 1st.
