In a journey that spans the course of 18 years, Kandasamy has literally colored the globe, rising from Senior Color Technician at Toni&Guy® Salon in Florence to Technical Director of the first Tigi® Academy in Italy, to Creative Technical Director of the U.K and ultimately Creative Technical Director of the the U.S.

Kandasamy’s expertise ranges from behind the chair, to backstage at Fashion Week, onstage at industry events and behind the scenes forecasting color trends, creating color collections, and building education platforms for global beauty brands.
