Enjoy this tubing trip for two (2) down the beautiful and historic waters of the Shenandoah River with a night of tent camping at Brunswick Family Campground.
The one- to three-hour Shenandoah excursion was developed as an on-your-own “kickback and enjoy” tubing trip. You park your car where the trip ends, and River & Trail will shuttle you 1.5 miles upriver, where you will splash and play through some small rapids before beginning your leisurely float down the river. Dropping over shallow ledges along the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, you are sure to enjoy this mellow and beautiful stretch of river.
You can opt to pack your own picnic in a cooler, and take it along on the float.
