They believe that yoga can benefit everyone when it is adopted as a lifestyle practice, and offer classes that are accessible to all and appealing to everyone, from the working professional to the stay-at-home mom. Down Dog Yoga is a challenging practice, but their method, no matter your age or experience level, will pull more out of you than you ever thought possible. All you need is the willingness to take a leap of faith and have a desire for a lifetime of good health.
Down Dog’s heated vinyasa flow offers a dynamic combination of strength, sweat, and spirituality. Their teachers are seasoned and highly skilled, which allows them to maintain the high quality of their classes for which they are known.
