Welcome to the Ascend Institute of Martial Arts where you come to learn, share, and develop your martial arts skills. This studio in Bethesda offers a one-month membership for kids' Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals classes.
Every great journey should start with a strong foundation. This fundamentals program is the first curriculum of a new Ascend student on the journey to the black belt. In this first class, the professor will teach about Jiu-Jitsu and the benefits of practicing the gentle art.
The full program is twelve weeks long, and covers basics and essential techniques. Once the student has completed the programs curriculum twice, he/she will receive the first stripe on his/her white belt, and will be able to attend the Kids' Master’s Program.
Special Instructions
The one-month membership includes a t-shirt and unlimited classes for the month. New students only.
