Experience a little bit of Tuscany and Napa at Running Hare Vineyard.

The certificate may be used for up to ten (10) people to enjoy a tour of their production facility, a barrel tasting, a tour of their Tuscan Events Building, and a full tasting of all available wines. Bring a picnic and enjoy live music for a truly relaxing afternoon in beautiful Southern Maryland!

During harvest in the Fall of 2007, the decision was made to become a commercial operation, and Running Hare Vineyard opened its gates in August 2008. Since then, the winery has expanded from a 550-gallon tank capacity to a 12,772-gallon tank capacity, and has produced over 100,000 bottles of wine. Running Hare has won multiple regional and international medals for their wines, and they have continued to increase production in order to keep up with the growing demands.

In 2015, they became the first farm/winery in the state to open a craft beer garden in the vineyard. Guests can now enjoy Calvert Brewing Company craft beer, as well as wine during the Summer/Fall season.
