Father/daughter Mann Chefs Edward and Zoe Cavalcanti will teach other third graders how to make a beef stew with salad.

Topics will include:

• Balancing salad ingredients

• Essential knife skills

• Making vegetable sides (most) everyone can love

Course includes lunch. All participants will receive food to take home, resources, and recipes.
