The Kula Cooperative – a mindful movement space for all – opened its doors on Center Street in downtown Rutland. Kula has a vision of a vital community learning and living together through body/mind/spirit awareness. Kula’s mission is to serve the community – all ages, abilities – through enrichment classes in mindful movement. These classes focus on developing a sense of center, self and stewardship for the community.
