Matsu is a Japanese restaurant, and bar located north of the Rondout Creek Bridge in the Hamlet of Rosendale New York. Several miles north of New Paltz. With a stylish meshed with rustic designed dining room, open kitchen and sushi bar,  and a bright and cozy back room overlooking the Rondout Creek.

MATSU serves a good selection of beer, wine and Japanese sake from our temperature -controlled wine cooler .  The “Rosendale Wine & Spirits” next door is kind of a convenient wine cellar to us, they can supply Matsu with even more selections, available in a short notice for all occasions.

The dining room with a view of open kitchen and sushi bar, can seat up to 75 guests or a standing reception of 130 guests.
