Artist Bio: Phil Goldstein was born in Nyack in 1959 and grew up in Piermont when it was a factory town. He has been an exhibiting artist for over 25 years, showing at OK Harris in New York City, as well as locally at Hopper House, ROCA, GAGA and AMAGm and across the countrry from Vermont to Arizona. His subject include people, their tools, machines and environments, and over the years he has consistently rendered a high level of detail until his paintings and drawings that resonates to create a realistic image and evoke a compelling interplay of light on form.
