Enjoy the 2016 Memorial Day Parade by Riding in a Canton Fire Truck for You and a Friend.

Winner must be Canton, CT resident.

Ride in style through town during the Memorial Day Parade which begins at CIS and ends at the cemetery in Collinsville. Firemen will provide candy for you to pass out to the parade audience! 

Please contact Town of Canton Volunteer Fire/EMS Department to make arrangements at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

Special Instructions: A responsible parent/guardian must ride with the children.  Participants must wear either work boot type shoes or sneakers with laces (no slide on shoes, no sandals). Long pants (jeans type) are preferred but if the temperature is hot shorts are okay. Children and their adult will need to exit the truck in the event of a emergency call requiring the truck to leave the parade route.

Note: Truck floor may be slippery due to grease.
