Custom made "Memory Quilt" by Alexis Parkes.
Alexis Parkes will create a custom blanket using 25 square images of your favorite memories - the back or front of sweatshirts, jackets, t-shirts, jerseys, etc. with fleece backing.
Special Instructions
If larger blanket is desired additional charge will be applied. Expires 3/12/17
This item will be available for pick up at PVPHS in front of the gym on Wednesday, March 16th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. If winner requests item to be shipped, winner will pay all shipping costs. Winner will be charged applicable California sales tax.
