Description
A one hour session with Carol Holyoke, MSPT, CFMT. Carol has been specializing in the field of Performing Arts Medicine since 1999. She is currently working with students at the Juilliard School, and as a staff physical therapist at PhysioArts, PT. However, you do not need to be a performer to benefit from Carol's skills! Your session will be tailored to your needs and can include injury evaluation and guidance, manual therapy techniques, movement/posture education, and/or therapeutic exercise prescription. Item valid for 1 year from end of auction. The session will be held at your home or on the weekend at PhysioArts PT, 147 W 24th Street. Date and time to be mutually agreed upon between donor and winning bidder.
Special Instructions
NOTE: All items are for pick-up only at the Special Music School, 129 West 67th Street. Pick-up will take place within three weeks of the auction closing. Our apologies, but items CANNOT be mailed to recipients, EXCEPT WHEN CLEARED WITH THE SMS AUCTION COMMITTEE. Under certain circumstances, we may, at our discretion, agree to ship items (with tracking), but will charge a shipping fee. Thanks!
