Sergei Bortkiewicz was an unduly neglected Russian Romantic composer whose music has been compared to that of Rachmaninoff and Chopin in terms of its beauty. This CD contains 3 sets of works that were recently discovered in an archive after being presumed lost for more than 70 years.
