Description
3 hour Interior Design Consultation for your home, single room or complete office space. Includes analysis of issues and proposal for redesign or renovation. Consultation to develop space planning concepts; includes color analysis, furniture application, window treatment solutions, wall art recommendations and budget proposal. Collaboration with third party vendors, contractors, sourcing and procurement of decorative items available subsequently at 5% of total budget (50% discount of standard billing of 10% budget).
Special Instructions
NOTE: All items are for pick-up only at the Special Music School, 129 West 67th Street. Pick-up will take place within three weeks of the auction closing. Our apologies, but items CANNOT be mailed to recipients, EXCEPT WHEN CLEARED WITH THE SMS AUCTION COMMITTEE. Under certain circumstances, we may, at our discretion, agree to ship items (with tracking), but will charge a shipping fee. Thanks!
