Description
Join me in a culinary adventure through the vibrant cuisine of Brazil. Discover exotic ingredients, learn new cooking techniques, and taste delicious food as you spend an afternoon or evening with me and my husband, cooking and then tasting a few incredible Brazilian dishes. You will also learn to make authentic Brazilian caipirinha (Brazilian cocktail) and cafezinho (coffee). Class limited to six participants. Date and time to be mutually agreed upon between donor and winning bidder, must be scheduled before the end of 2016.
About the instructor: Ana, a passionate cook, was raised in Brazil and has been cooking Brazilian food since she was a little girl.
