Our own Karen Norfleet made these delicious marmalades!
You are bidding on 3 jars of homemade marmalade: Satsuma marmalade, citrus sunshine, and Red Hot Pepper
Satsuma Marmalades: Made with Satsuma oranges using a low sugar recipe so the flavor of the Satsuma shines.
Citrus Sunshine: a mixed citrus marmalade that tastes bright and fresh, made with pink grapefruit, Satsuma oranges and local lemons.
Red Hot Pepper: a spicy, sweet pepper jam with rosemary. This makes an excellent appetizer poured over cream cheese or goat cheese. It's also a tasty sandwich spread for ham or turkey sandwiches.
