You are bidding on three jars of hot sauce made by our own Karen Norfleet (Miss Green Jeans Artisan Hot Sauce). The flavors included are: Carrot Blaze, Cayenne Sweet Potato and Citrus Fatalii.

Carrot Blaze: fermented cayenne and ripe jalapeno peppers, carrots, onion and garlic, finished with a bit of vinegar, thyme, and coriander. This sauce packs a lot of flavor with moderate heat.

Cayenne Sweet Potato: fermented cayenne and jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, sweet potato, onion and garlic are finished with a little vinegar and rosemary. This sauce is thick, flavorful and moderately spicy.

Citrus Fatalii: This hot sauce combines fermented Fatalii peppers with grapefruit, sweet onion, lime juice and garlic. A fan of the sauce says "This sauce is subtle so it doesn't overpower a dish and it can be used to perk up the flavor of many things without competing." Fatalii peppers are related to habeneros.
