Adela has degrees from Tufts University and the Baronie van Breda College. Her coaching certificate is from the Live ADHD Free program, in Boston, MA.

Help your unique and brilliant child strengthen his/her executive function skills, improve his/her quality of life and achieve his/her self-identified goals through the development of self-awareness,systems and strategies. ADHD coaching is a collaborative, supportive and goal oriented process in which the coach and the student work together to identify his/her goals and develop the skills to achieve them.
