Pick up dates for online auction items and certificates will be in the auditorium patio area on the mornings of Tues, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 8:00 – 9:00 am. In addition, pick up will be available on campus 1:30-2:30 on March 8 and 2:30-3:30 on March 9. If you are unable to pick up your items at those times, winner must pay for shipping costs.
Special Instructions
Valid Sunday thru Thursday on a space available basis, except holiday periods. Reservation requests can only be confirmed or denied if the inquiry is made no earlier than 14 days prior to arrival date. Only room rate is to be paid by the Certificate; the bearer is responsible for any tax charges.
