These 60 minute classes are unique because each guest wears a heart rate monitor enabling the trainer to help each guest obtain optimal results for their body. There are two components -- high intensity interval training and strength training. Great for people of all ages and work out levels.

Special Instructions
Pick up dates for online auction items and certificates will be in the auditorium patio area on the mornings of Tues, March 8 and Wednesday, March 9, 2016 from 8:00 – 9:00 am. In addition, pick up will be available on campus 1:30-2:30 on March 8 and 2:30-3:30 on March 9. If you are unable to pick up your items at those times, winner must pay for shipping costs.
