Description
2011 World Siereis Home Run by Adrian Beltre, Texas Rangers - Autographed & Framed
Size: 16 X 20
Adrián Beltré (Pérez) is a Dominican professional baseball third baseman for the Texas Rangers of Major League Baseball. He is known for his prodigious defensive and offensive capabilities, being selected four times each for the Rawlings Gold Glove Award, Silver Slugger Award, and MLB All-Star Game.
His signature home run swing includes a drop to one knee when connecting with a breaking ball. In 2011 Beltré became the sixth player—the first in a Division Series—to hit three home runs in a Major League playoff game. He added a fourth playoff home run in Game 5 of the 2011 World Series, Texas Rangers vs. St. Louis Cardinals, when he went down to one knee chasing an outside curve ball from Chris Carpenter. The Cardinals defeated the Rangers in seven games.
