Gather 6-12 of your friends or clients for a private guided wine tour of 5 hand-crafted, artisan white and red wines from the heart of California wine country. We’ll take a colorful journey of whites and reds, pairing them with select cheeses and chocolates.

bouquet / nose / aroma
fermentation process in stainless or wooden tanks
wine “legs” or viscosity
indentifying flavors / flavor profiles
ordering the perfect wine in restaurants
wine and food pairings – how important is it?
