The Science Department is looking to purchase 3 Programmable Science Poly ProBath Water Baths from Carolina Biological. Pingree hosts 2 sections of Accelerated Biology, 1 section of AP Biology and 5 sections of regular Biology. Many biology labs investigate the effects of temperature of certain biological reactions. The Science Department currently has a single programmable water bath, which is not enough for every single lab trying to investigate more than 1 temperature. Approximately 120+ students would benefit from this addition.
