20-Minute Evaluation:
Meet with Lead Instructor Trainer Carol Earle Burnham for a 20-minute session to discuss your fitness goals. She will take you through some movement assessments, conduct a quick postural analysis and take information about your past fitness lifestyle. At the end, Carol will share her thoughts on a fitness schedule that will help you meet your goals in a way that is both appealing and successful for you personally.
50-Minute Private Session
Following the evaluation, schedule a session duirng which Carol can take you through the workout of your choice: Pilates (Mat or Equipment), Strength and Conditioning, TRX, Barre, Spinning, Indo-Row or a combination of all of them to help get you on your way.
