Let us throw your party! Experienced catering team Averi Lohss and Elsa Macauley will prepare, serve and clean up after a 4-course gourmet meal for you and your party of 5 in your home. Specialty cocktails/wine included. 

Meal will be organic and seasonal when possible. Menu can be tailored to food allergies.

Appetizers: 

Savory Tart: Sweet onion with black olive and rosemary, provincial herbs and Gruyere cheese 

Pizza Flat-breads: Sliced lemon with mozzarella, arugula ricotta with pesto (with or without prosciutto)

Seared Tuna with caper berries and Sicilian vinaigrette

Seasonal soups: Chilled avocado-and-cucumber soup with fresh dill, chipotle sweet potato or butternut squash

Entrees and appropriate side dish: Lamb shanks, prosciutto wrapped chicken with dates and brie (goat or cow), rib-eye steak, duck confit, miso-cured black cod with chilled cucumbers, roasted and stuffed red pepper, balsamic glazed vegetable linguine. 

Desserts: 

Spiced honey cake with cream cheese frosting (GF option)

Flourless chocolate cake with homemade ice cream
