Spend two nights on a peaceful waterfront getaway at the north end of Hood Canal. Enjoy views of the Hood Canal Bridge and Foul Weather Bluff. Watch resident eagles, marine mammals, and shipping traffic. Walk the beach at low tide or drive 2 minutes to historic Port Gamble. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at the newly expanded Port Gamble Cafe, rent a kayak at the Outdoor Center, or see a play at the community theater. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a small loft with two twin beds, additional cots, and roll-away beds. The home sleeps 3 couples comfortably - plus kids with sleeping bags. There is a wood-burning stove, a sandy beach, 6-person hot tub, basketball hoop, ping-pong, and room for a game of bocce ball. Dates to be mutually agreed upon. Weekend dates in June, including the weekend school gets out, are available. Other summer dates are also available. No specific exclusions apply, except no pets or smoking please.
