Description
Used - Vintage Hardy stage coach action toy - the horses move as the stage coach wheels turn. Made by the Hardy Plastics and Chemical Company in New York city. Toy is about 10" x 3". There is no box. Some of the Hardy stage coaches were made in the 1940s but the donor, born in 1946, believes this one is from the 1950s.
This toy is in good shape with two exceptions:
- The reins are missing.
- The left foreleg of one horse is broken. (See photo.)
This stage coach was used in the family's Christmas train garden in the 1950's.
These stage coach drivers are unique compared to many seen online in that their hats are not cowboy hats.
NOTE: This item is being sold in its ‘As is, where is’ condition. All sales are final. No returns. Item is described in the best way possible with any major imperfections noted.
