Do you like chocolate and maple syrup?  Join us to experience French and Canadian baking and to expand your culinary repertoire!  Learn to make three desserts that are delicious and easy to create in your own home:  financiers au chocolate, tarte au sucre and moelleux coulant au chocolate (yes...chocolate lava cakes!).  You'll receive recipes and we'll also sample the sweets with wines that complement them perfectly.
