Berkshire Christian School LOVES Spiritual Emphasis Week!  Every year Matt Huffman, Dr. Pam Brady, Cassie Dall and others from Coastlands Consultants travel from Manchester, NH to Lenox, MA to spend a week at BCS. Throughout the years the Coastlands Team has built meaningful relationships with our students by mentoring them through great chapel messages, meaningful times of worship, journaling, attending their classes and spending time with them throughout the day.  Now it is our chance to give back! 

Matt Huffman and the team have become a part of the BCS Community.  Spiritual Emphasis Week is one of our most important and eagerly anticipated events each year which is why we are sending BCS Parent Jeff Scrimo and BCS Teacher Loren Kinnaman to run on “TEAM HUFFMAN” in the Cape Cod Ragnar Relay.  Team Huffman is comprised of 12 runners who will challenge themselves to run nearly 200 miles, in 24 hours, to raise money to replace Matt’s aging car “Old Bluey” so that he can continue in this ministry.      

We have seen the Lord work through Matt and the Coastlands Team during their time with our students and we believe that mentoring matters!  Please show your support for Loren and Jeff as they run on May 13^th & 14^th and pray that the Lord provides ALL the funds to replace Matt’s car.     

BCS has enjoyed having Matt Huffman speak at two of our 8^th Grade Graduations as well as at our 2014 Founders Dinner.  He has challenged our students and faculty to draw closer to the Lord.  Please give generously as the Lord leads!
