You will receive an hour long evaluation and treatment by one of the amazing therapists at Beyond Basics Physical Therapy, who are experts in pre-natal and post-partum care. They are trained to evaluate, assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, women's health, pelvic floor (med and women), and pediatric dysfunctions. In addition, you will receive Amy Stein's book: Heal Pelvic Pain, and her DVD: Healing Pelvic and Abdominal Pain: The Ultimate Home Program for Patients and a Guide For Practitioners.

Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on March 12, 2016.
