Description
The class is a 75-minute cathartic mind-body experience.
You shake, you pulse, you bounce, and you use sound to break open and activate stagnant "layers" in the body where stress, tension, and emotions are stored. In the class you build a lean, strong body and cleanse the emotional and spiritual self through intense physical exertion, therapeutic instruction, and heart-pumping music.
The challenging movement creates contraction and release that cleanses age-old emotional habits stored in the body. cardio blasts flush the system to create new fertile space for positive change, unveiling untapped strength in every possible sense of the word.
The winner will receive a 5-pack of classes.

Note: Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Tuesday, March 15, 2016 by emailing gala@sprucestreetpta.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on March 12, 2016. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
