Spruce Street parent and professional Whitney Museum Educator and Ph.D. Art Historian will take you and up to 5 guests on a private tour of any exhibition of your choice at the long-awaited brand new Renzo Piano designed building directly at the base of the High Line Park  in the Meatpacking district. Schedule directly with the guide for any weekday through May of 2016.  All admission included.



 


The Whitney Museum of American Art, often referred to simply as "the Whitney", is an art museum with a focus on 20th- and 21st-century American art re-opening  May 1st at 99 Gansevoort Street in New York City's Meatpacking District. The Whitney places a particular emphasis on exhibiting the work of living artists as well as maintaining an extensive permanent collection containing many important pieces from the first half of the last century. The museum's Annual and  Biennial exhibitions have long been a venue for emerging and less well-known artists whose work is showcased by the museum.

Restrictions: Weekdays only, during museum hours 10:30–6pm and expiration 12/31/2016
