Five (5) 45 minute Mandarin Classes
Mandarin Seeds was founded in 2008 by two New York City mothers who shared the same passion about Mandarin language and early childhood education. Their vision was to create a playful Mandarin immersion environment where their children will fall in love with learning Mandarin through creative and stimulating curriculum. Today, the mission of Mandarin Seeds remain the same. Not only will the children discover the joy in learning Mandarin, we want to cultivate a lifelong passion and appreciation of the Chinese language and culture.
Our teaching philosophy is discovery-based and child-centered. Each child is given individual attention; we respect different learning styles and diverse backgrounds of our students. Here at Mandarin Seeds, we use immersion method to teach a wide range of subjects in Mandarin and we strongly believe in active and hands-on approach where the children learn through touching, moving, listening, seeing, and hearing. What we teach at Mandarin Seeds is beyond a language. We are opening doors and building bridges to connect our children to a multi-lingual and multi-cultural world.

Note: Only items such as gift certificates that fit in a standard envelope can be mailed if you are unable to pick up. You must notify us by Tuesday, March 15, 2016 by emailing gala@sprucestreetpta.org if you would like your item(s) mailed to you. There is a $1.00 shipping and handling fee for mailed items. Items will be mailed after scheduled pick up days. Pick up dates and times will be announced soon and will be the week after our event on March 12, 2016. Pick up location is at Spruce Street School (PS 397), 12 Spruce Street, NYC 10038. We are not responsible for items if you do not pick up during allotted pick up times and if no mailing arranged.
