Spend a day golfing at championship Galway Bay Golf Resort (where the water hazard is the Atlantic Ocean), and enjoy a medieval feast at the Dunguaire Castle. Sailing, The Burren and many more day trips await you and your family.
Belvedere is approximately a 3-hour drive west of Dublin, or 1 hour north of Shannon airport. This beautifully renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bath and sleeps 8-10.
This package includes a Visa gift card for $1,000 to help with travel expenses and airport undercover parking for the duration of your trip!

Notes for your visit:
Augusta, Lady Gregory (scholar): She grew up in Coole Park which is about a 10 minute drive from the house.
A lovely park to stroll around in.
William Butler Yeats: The castle that he lived in is outside of Gort, 10-15 min from house. Ballylee Castle (Thor Ballylee)
Saint Brendan (traveler): He has loads of connections to south west Galway.
Saint Colman was from Kinvara. The local church is named after him. His grave site is over the road in Kilmaddugh.
Other Scholars that revolve around Kinvara are John O'Donovan and Nicole Krusen. They somehow have history to Dunguaire Castle.
The house sits directly looking at the Castle. The Castle has a medieval banquet a couple of evenings a week that needs to be pre-booked.
