All of our teachers meet these minimum requirements:

- Minimum 300 hours of in-classroom experience

- Baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally-accredited college or university

- Additional Credential Program classes totaling 45 units or 3 semesters

- Passed a teaching skills test; such as the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST) or the California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET)

- Has passed all district required medical examinations

- Has passed the DOJ and FBI background check

- Is currently employed as a classroom teacher
