This evening will be a truly memorable culinary journey that features a six-dish menu for 20 people in the newly opened private space, The Workshop, brought to you by the highly-acclaimed team from State Bird Provisions and The Progress. As hosts of the evening, you will plan the evening’s menu with the Chef and The Progress General Manager prior to your event and can expect a hand-picked selection of vintage wines specifically paired to go with the food.  


The evening will commence with a specialty cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres followed by a full evening to revel in vibrant and innovative food in a beautiful setting.  


Chef and Owners Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski will also stop by for a special hello, if they are in town! Sommelier and General Manager Jason Alexander will also be available leading up to the event and during the evening to help with cocktails, and wine, as needed.
