6-Week Bootcamp Group Training (3 times a week for 6 weeks)
Group training is our fun and dynamic version of the popular bootcamps and fitness classes, but built around the same principles as our personal training and sports performance programs. Using a combination of fun and challenging exercises, you will build strength and burn fat like never before!
We don’t just throw you in a class or make you do exercises that are too basic or advanced for you. Our programs are built to allow flexibility for each person. Each exercise in the program has multiple progressions and regressions. This allows us to customize the group training environment program based on your goals, needs, and current ability. The program builds up each week and changes every month, so you can see and feel your progress.
Our bootcamp classes are currently held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, and 9:00AM.
This offer allows for up to 3x per week Bootcamp Group Training for 6-weeks.
