One private lesson and one month of unlimited classes.

bodytrio is a bright, sunny and inviting studio offering Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Private Lessons.  Class sizes are kept small in order to provide an intimate, interactive, and non-competitive environment.   

Our certified, highly-skilled teachers and trainers provide instruction in a group class format as well as private and semi-private lessons.  Classical Pilates mat and yoga classes range from beginner to advanced, with modifications for different levels of strength and flexibility.  Specialty classes incorporating a variety of apparatus, and classes specifically designed for children and men, are also offered.

Our private and semi-private lessons and our personal training sessions are catered to individual differences.  Personal training sessions are designed to assess, instruct, and realign an individual’s health and fitness goals to achieve optimal and lasting results.
