From the Top with Host Christopher O’Riley celebrates the stories, talents, and character of America’s best pre-collegiate classically-trained musicians.Now in it’s 15th season broadcasting on more than 220 stations nationwide to an audience of more than half a million listeners, From the Top delights both seasoned classical listeners and new classical music fans. Each one-hour broadcast features five or six performances along with interviews, sketches, and games, revealing the heart and soul behind the talent of these extraordinary young musicians. From the Top with Host Christopher O’Riley is recorded before live audiences in 16 cities each year. Each recording is approximately 90 minutes in length and gives audiences a first-hand look at how a radio show is created. Children 7 years or older are welcome to attend.
