Three private pilates sessions with Drea Sobke, a certified pilates instructor and professional dancer brought to you!  Drea provides props and accessories that replicate the pilates performer and cadillac to give you a deeply focused workout. Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, gym, living room or conference room.  If preferred, a pilates studio near you can easily be arranged at no additional cost.
