8 Week Series of Classes - Mindful Parenting with MYNDTREE

This series of classes in beautiful Palo Alto introduces parents to the practices of mindfulness, meditation, nonviolent communication and empathy.  These practices, in turn, allow parents to bring a level of conscious awareness into their interactions with their children and help transform the parent/child relationship to one of ease, understanding, connection and love.
